01What types of websites do you work with?

We mainly help with existing business websites, online stores, landing pages and service websites. Send the URL and a short description so we can confirm the fit.

02Do you only work with WordPress?

No. WordPress is a common part of the work, but we can also review other website platforms and custom setups.

03Can you help if my website is completely down?

Yes. A website that does not load is treated as an urgent problem. We start with a quick external check and then ask only for the access needed.

04Can you work on small website changes?

Yes. Forms, page edits, layout fixes, integrations and other focused changes to an existing website are welcome.

05How quickly can you start?

Urgent cases are prioritized. For planned work, the start time depends on scope and current availability, which we confirm before you commit.

06How is the price calculated?

Price depends on the problem, access required and amount of work. We review the task and explain the expected cost before work begins.

07Do I need to provide website access?

Not in your first message. Start with the website address and symptoms. If access is needed, we will explain which access and why.

08How does payment work?

Many small fixes can be reviewed before final payment. Larger or staged tasks may require a deposit or milestone payments agreed in advance.

09Do you provide ongoing website support?

Yes. Ongoing maintenance, updates and troubleshooting can be arranged when a website needs regular technical attention.
