Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 16, 2026
ProfitLoop is an advertising-analytics project operated by Dmitry Hoffman (dmitryhoffman.com) that analyzes connected advertising and CRM accounts and recommends changes for the account owner to review. This policy explains what data ProfitLoop accesses, how it is used, and how it is protected.
Who Operates ProfitLoop
ProfitLoop is operated directly by Dmitry Hoffman. It is not a public self-serve product — it connects to advertising accounts (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and CRM accounts (Bitrix24, HubSpot) that the account owner has explicitly authorized.
What Data Is Accessed
- Advertising account data, via the Google Ads API and the Meta Marketing API: campaign, ad set/ad group, ad, keyword, targeting, and performance data for accounts the owner has connected.
- CRM data, via the Bitrix24 and HubSpot APIs: lead and deal records, including attribution fields (source, medium, campaign, content, term) and deal stage/value, for accounts the owner has connected.
How The Data Is Used
Data is used solely to analyze advertising campaigns and generate recommendations for the account owner who connected it — matching ad spend, bidding, and creative recommendations to real deal outcomes rather than surface metrics like clicks or form submissions. ProfitLoop does not change live campaigns, budgets, or bids on its own; every recommendation is reviewed and applied by the account owner. Data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties, other than the infrastructure providers required to operate the system (e.g. server hosting).
Data Retention & Security
Data is stored on infrastructure controlled by the operator and retained only for as long as needed to provide the optimization service. Access is restricted to the operator; credentials and API tokens are stored securely and are not exposed publicly.
Your Control Over Access
Account owners can revoke ProfitLoop's access at any time through the permission settings of the connected platform — Google Ads, Meta Business Settings, Bitrix24, or HubSpot. Revoking access immediately stops any further data collection from that account.
Changes To This Policy
This policy may be updated as ProfitLoop's integrations evolve (for example, when the HubSpot integration moves from planned to live). The effective date above reflects the most recent update.
